How to Edit BeGlobal Connection Settings

You may want to edit these settings for the following reasons:
·         You opened a package which contains connection details for the SDL BeGlobal Online service and need to enter your API key and/or user key to enable the service.
·         You opened a package which contains connection details for a LW enterprise translation server for which you do not have permission rights.
·         The project has been moved to another machine so the API key and/or user key needs to be entered on the new computer.
·         The address or other details for the server have changed.

NOTE
In some of these scenarios the dialog box to change your details is automatically displayed.
1.     Choose where you want to edit the connection.
2.     Select Language Pairs > All Language Pairs > Translation Memory and Automated Translation from the navigation tree in the dialog box.
3.       Select BeGlobal Enterprise connection and click Settings. The Edit Connection to SDL BeGlobal Automated Translation wizard is displayed on the Choose Existing Account Type page.
·         If you want to enable the service by entering an API key and/or user key, click Next. On the Connection Settings page, enter the appropriate keys.
·         Change other settings as required and click Next. On the Save Connection Details page, specify if you want to save these settings. This allows you to reuse these settings for other language directions in this project or for use in another project.
NOTE
You can also select an existing name on this page. This overwrites the current details saved under that name with the details you entered in the Add/Edit Connection to SDL BeGlobal Automated Translation wizard.
·         Click Finish. The SDL BeGlobal Automated Translation settings are updated.
4.             If you have the Options or Project Settings dialog box open, click OK to close the dialog box.
