You can control the way termbase search results are displayed in
the Term Recognition window and Termbase Search window in the Editor,
by editing the Hitlist settings.
NOTE
|
When you close and then restart SDL Trados
Studio, SDL MultiTerm continues to use the Hitlist settings you had before
you closed the application. Refer to step 4 below for information about
saving your settings for reuse.
|
1.
In the Editor view, click Hitlist settings in the Term
Recognition window. The Hitlist Settings dialog box is displayed.
NOTE
|
This button is only available if you have a
document open in the Editor view.
|
2.
If you have a Hitlist settings file (.mthits), click Load...
to automatically change the display settings to ones specified in the file.
3. To manually change the
display settings:
·
Specify how much information is displayed for each result under Languages
and Termbase.
·
Specify if target terms are displayed and the formatting applied
to the results under Terms.
·
Specify whether the results are displayed in an expanded or
compacted form under Fields.
4.
If you want to use the same settings next time you open a document
for translation, click Save to save your settings to a Hitlist settings
file that you can upload next time.
5.
Click OK to close the dialog box and save your changes. The
termbase results will now display with the new settings.
