How to Browse Termbase Entries

1.     In the Editor view, open the termbase you want to browse. A termbase may have automatically opened when you opened your document.

2.     Display the Termbase Viewer window:
·         Select View tab > Information group > Termbase Viewer in the Editor view to display the Termbase Viewer window. The terms from the default termbase are listed here in alphabetical order, or
·         Select a term in the Term Recognition window or Termbase Search window and click View term detail . The terms from the termbase in which the match was found are listed here in alphabetical order.
3.             Select a layout from the drop-down list in the Termbase Viewer window.
4.             Select an input model from the drop-down list. If none are available, the default input model is used.
5.             When you want to see the termbase entry for a term, select the term from the list. The termbase entry is displayed in the Entry pane.
6.       Navigate the list of terms in the Browse pane using the following methods:
·         Press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys on your keyboard.
·         Press the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard.
·         Scroll through the list using the scroll wheel on your mouse.
·         Click the up and down arrows on the Browse pane. These arrows only appear if there are more terms to see.
·         Press Alt+Up Arrow to select the term immediately above the currently selected term.
·         Press Alt+Down Arrow to select the term immediately below the currently selected term.
